As well as looking into work of other paper sculptures, I looked into Origami as a whole and found some pretty interesting pieces.

Rob Ryan.
I'm pretty into Rob Ryan's work as it is more illustration based than 3D, I may use this technique for my Task 2 poster design, but play around with adding some 3D elements as well.
Workshop 11/02.
These are some of my results from workshop 3. I think I may go with this plant like form but build it up more to make a more interesting sculpture to hang in the atrium.
Peter Callesen.
I decided to look at some other paper artists to get a different angle on this whole origami thing. i had no idea there are artists out there creating these kinds of pieces. defiantly found looking at Peter Callesen's work inspirational. It's given me a few ideas of what i could do for my task 2 poster also.

Workshop 04/02.
Again in this workshop i went in open minded trying not to over think what I'm doing and just fold the paper, though i was loosely basing this one on a shell. It's made quite a skeleton like structure which i think is quite interesting. I defiantly want my sculpture to be symmetrical, as a lot of what you find in nature is.
Natural Form & repetition.
Here's a bunch of images i've collected that show repetition in nature. I quite like the idea of making my task 1 sculpture look like a wave, which lead me to think about other sea going things. Like the texture on coral could be re created with some interesting origami skill.

Primary Research/Pattern in nature.
Here's some photos i took down Kingsbury water park early on a cold morning I was looking for repeat and interesting pattern within nature as a source of inspiration for my task 1 sculpture.
